HouseLens, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of visual marketing solutions for real estate, is partnering with DroneBase to roll out drone services throughout the U.S.

“We are extremely pleased to have found a service partner that shares our commitment to offering drone services that are safe, legal, and professional,” says HouseLens Founder & CEO Andrew Crefeld.

HouseLens has been offering FAA-approved drone services in key markets since early 2016. The new partnership will expand HouseLens drone coverage to all 50 states, with every shoot served by a licensed, insured drone pilot.

“HouseLens and DroneBase are two companies with shared goals: consistent quality, affordable pricing, and rapid turnaround,” says DroneBase Founder & CEO Dan Burton. “We’re excited to be part of the offering for the industry’s visual marketing leader.”

The partnership seamlessly integrates DroneBase’s exterior-only drone services with HouseLens’s comprehensive suite of real estate visual marketing options, which include professional photography, walk-through video, interactive 3D models, floor plans, and more.

Packages start at $299 when agents add drone services to any HouseLens package containing photos and video. Agents can also add custom branding to their drone videos. All content will be delivered fully edited through HouseLens’ mobile-first Agent Portal and single-property webpages.

The partnership also gives DroneBase a referral option for customers who want imaging services outside the scope of the company’s exterior-only drone shoots.

“We realize that interior imaging is needed for real estate marketing in almost all cases, so we’re happy to have a like-minded partner who can serve those customers,” Burton says.

“I’m excited every time we’re able to expand our footprint and serve a larger base of customers,” Crefeld says. “Drones continue to evolve as one of the industry’s most powerful marketing technologies, and we are looking forward to the opportunities this partnership will bring, both for HouseLens and for our customers.”
